1. A Full on whitening treatment at the dentist however the results were good but because I had sensitive teeth it was quite painful.
2. A quick lunch-time ready whitening treatment which takes 10 minutes at the dentist with no sensitivity issues. This is called the Phillips Zoom Quickpro.
3. At home whitening treatment using activated charcoal.
All are great and it really depends on what you're looking for. If you want dramatic results I would go and pay a dentist for the full treatment. This can guarantee high levels of whitening.
The second procedure I did was great to touch up after whitening especially if you have sensitive teeth like me going for the full on whitening treatment again would not only be expensive but extremely painful.
The at home remedies are always fun to try and don't really cost a lot and are easy so it's always an option :)!!
